1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mr. Bee's Plumbing and HVAC provides professional plumbing and HVAC services including installation, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and government clients in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area.

3. Service Appointments

3.1 Scheduling

Service appointments may be scheduled by phone or through our website contact form. We offer same-day and next-day appointments subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Estimates

We provide flat-rate pricing whenever possible. Estimates are provided before work begins and are valid for the scope of work described.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• For commercial and government contracts, payment terms are specified in the contract
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Mississippi law

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repair work.

5.2 Manufacturer Warranties

Equipment and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty coverage or limitations.

5.3 Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications by others. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

6. Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage including:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• Bonding as required by Mississippi law (MS License #19024-MC)

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and existing systems
• Ensuring safe access to work areas
• Removing obstacles that may interfere with service
• Securing pets during service visits
• Obtaining any necessary permits (for major projects)

8. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available and may be subject to premium pricing. "Emergency" service refers to situations involving immediate safety risks, property damage, or complete system failure.

9. Permits and Inspections

For work requiring permits, we will obtain necessary permits and schedule required inspections. Permit fees are additional and will be included in the project estimate.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mississippi courts, with venue in Harrison County, Mississippi.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
